We’ve come across the name KARZEN as a fusion of “Kaizen”, the Sino-Japanese word “Kaizen” that simply means “change for better”, and “Kar”, for “car”. And “Zen” for peace of mind.

Kaizen refers to any improvement, one-time or continuous, large or small, in the same sense as the English word “improvement”. When used in the business sense and applied to the workplace, “kaizen” refers to activities or processes that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers. By improving standardized activities and processes, “kaizen” aims to eliminate waste.

That is our purpose and mission in the aftermarket automotive service, maintenance, and repair industry.

Right now, we don’t offer product personalization at that level. You can always select the best plan that meets your needs.

However, we have it in our roadmap coming in a near future.

You do! It’s your data after all! We want you to be with KARZEN because you love using the product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from KARZEN any time you need, in any plan.

KARZEN is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

There are always options to opt in for an annual contract and benefit of a yearly discount.

Absolutely not. All features presented in a selected plan are included. You don’t need to pay for any extra third party plugins.

Additional add-ons from third parties could become available at some points in the future, but any incurred fees will be explicitly stated.

We take security seriously. Our Servers are hosted in a world-class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data-center is EU safe harbor compliant and all KARZEN plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

We currently only support English and French, but we’re always open on expanding our offer. Additional language could be added with a couple help from your side and our community.

You can choose Visa or MasterCard. Basic wire transfer or checks are an option but at additional cost.
